Introduction
These Terms apply to users who download HappyModd from the Apple App Store.
License
You are granted a limited license to use the app on Apple devices under Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.
Ownership
All intellectual property (code, UI, branding, media) belongs to HAPPyMODD LTD.
In-App Purchases
Payments and subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not manage or control payment processing.
Refund Policy (Apple)
Refunds must be requested through Apple’s official page:

Apple decides refund eligibility. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Advertisements
Ads shown in the app follow Apple’s advertising guidelines and are delivered through AdMob or approved networks.
User Conduct
- No illegal activity.
- No reverse engineering or tampering with app components.
- No harmful or infringing content.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
