Introduction

These Terms apply to users who download or use HappyModd from Google Play. By using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Google Play Policies

This version of the Terms is aligned with Google Play Developer Policies. Google Play may impose additional requirements, restrictions, and rules. Your use of the app is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices through Google Play.

Ownership

All app content—including code, media, design, trademarks, and branding—is owned by HAPPyMODD LTD. Copying, reverse engineering, or modification is prohibited.

In-App Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play Billing follow Google’s policies. Refunds are determined solely by Google Play and not by HAPPyMODD LTD.

Refund Policy (Google Play)

Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play: Google Play Support.

We cannot issue or override refunds because payments are processed entirely by Google.

Advertisements

The app may display ads through AdMob or approved Google advertising partners. Ad content and data practices follow Google's ad policies.

User Conduct

• No illegal use of the app.
• No hacking, bypassing, or altering the app.
• No uploading harmful or infringing content.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to app use.

Termination

We may terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or Google Play policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international and local laws.
